Do you work with Realtors and real estate businesses?
Yes. We support independent Realtors, real estate teams, and brokerages with routine business bookkeeping, including categorizing commission income and business expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly financial reports. The right plan depends on your accounts, transaction volume, and payroll needs. Brokerage needs are reviewed individually; trust and escrow accounting are outside our standard monthly plans.
What does the $325/month include?
Monthly Bookkeeping includes QuickBooks Online transaction categorization, reconciliation of up to 2 bank or credit card accounts, up to 100 transactions per month in total, monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, and routine bookkeeping email support. It is for one straightforward service business with current books. Payroll, TPT filing, and CPA coordination are not included. QuickBooks Online subscription is separate.
What does the $695/month include?
Financial Back Office Essentials includes routine QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations for up to two financial accounts, payroll processing for up to five employees, Arizona TPT filing when applicable, monthly financial statements, and year-end CPA handoff.
Is there a setup fee?
Financial Back Office Essentials has a one-time $500 setup fee. Monthly Bookkeeping setup needs are reviewed before onboarding; any additional work is quoted separately.
Do you do catch-up or cleanup bookkeeping?
Catch-up and cleanup work are not included in the monthly package. If cleanup is required before monthly service begins, it will be reviewed and quoted separately.
Do you pay my bills?
Accounts payable and bill payment are not included in the standard $695/month package.
Do you prepare taxes?
No. Arcadia Bookkeeping Co. provides bookkeeping and financial administrative support. Tax preparation and tax advice should be handled by your CPA or tax professional.
Can you work with my CPA?
Both plans provide monthly financial reports you can share with your CPA. Year-end CPA coordination and handoff are included in Financial Back Office Essentials.
What if I have more than two accounts or five employees?
Businesses with greater complexity may require additional or custom pricing. Tell me a little about your business and I’ll follow up by email to see if Financial Back Office Essentials is a good fit.
